Victoria is a Learning & Development professional with over 15 years’ experience across HR, leadership development, and organisational learning. She holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management and a BA in Media Studies.
Victoria currently works as an L&D Officer at MBKB, supporting the organisation’s employees through learning initiatives, development programmes, and training that build skills and confidence across the business. She previously held senior HR roles, including Head of HR, where she led people strategies and leadership development initiatives.
