Frequently Asked Questions

You can find some of the common questions and answers below that our students ask us.

First, check that you are using the correct email address. This should usually be the email address you used when you were enrolled or invited to MBKB Waves.

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to train.wavesmbkb.com
  2. Select Sign in
  3. Click Forgot my password
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Follow the link in the password reset email

The password reset email can take 5–10 minutes to arrive.

If you request a password reset more than once, use the most recent reset email. Older reset links may no longer work.

If you are an apprentice with MBKB and are still unable to log in, please contact your tutor.

Check your junk, spam or other email folders first.

If you still cannot find the email, check that you are looking in the correct inbox. Your MBKB Waves account will be linked to the email address held by MBKB.

If you are an apprentice with MBKB and you have not received your welcome email, please contact your tutor.

This usually happens when:

  • You have requested more than one password reset email and are using an older link
  • The reset link is more than 6 hours old

To fix this, go back to train.wavesmbkb.com, click Forgot my password again, and use the newest reset email you receive.

If something appears to be missing, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
