Hi, I'm Sarah Plant, I run my own HR Consultancy in Staffordshire and, excitingly, I’m just about to welcome my very first employee, proof that HR is the place to be! My HR story began over 20 years ago when I landed my first role as an HR Administrator. Somewhere between policies, people, and plenty of cups of tea, I completely fell in love with the world of HR. Since then, I’ve learnt a huge amount, met some amazing people, and built a career I’m incredibly proud of. Now, I’m on a mission to share that passion with others busting the myths, bringing HR to life, and showing that it’s not just about paperwork and procedures… it can actually be great fun too!
