Michael Cacic-Escalera is a former CEO, international keynote speaker, and executive coach focused on leadership development, organizational transformation, and building healthy, high-performing cultures through servant leadership principles. Previously, Michael served as CEO of Colorado Hi-Tech Solutions, where he led a major organizational transformation that resulted in significant business growth and recognition as one of Colorado’s Best Places to Work. In 2022, he relocated to Europe to help build and scale the Pax8 Academy EMEA organization, developing strategic, technical, and cybersecurity consulting teams across multiple countries throughout the region. Today, as Global Director of Pax8 Connect, he focuses on global Partner-to-Partner growth strategies, leadership development, and strategic expansion across EMEA, AMER, and APAC. Michael is also a licensed coach and facilitator for Surrounded by Idiots.
